Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. Communication was extremely poor, and staff were rude and disrespectful. In particular, Mandie Gladwell was very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. When I asked about a refund, I was treated poorly and informed that I (and anyone who co-signed with me) would be placed on a “do not rent” list simply for asking—despite the fact that the company would not process the refund and I was forced to go through my bank instead. This felt retaliatory and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking housing.

This place (cant even refer to it as a company) is extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. The communication was awful. I kept my home in good condition, always paid on time, and communicated on my end as much as I could and it seemed like I was a bother to these people. Then they kept half of my security deposit without any notice and I was relying on that. I was also belittled when I would ask questions. Definitely dont recommend to anyone
