The new manager Yulonda has great customer service. The property is second chance if apartment eviction is 3 years or older. Nice community.

DO NOT RENT HERE! If I could give 0 stars I would. The gallery and amenities listed YOU DO NOT GET. They use those as a means to lure prospect tenants, however, do not indicate on their website nor ANY or the rental sites that they have unrenovated units vs renovated. They do not verbally tell you this. There is not indication whatsoever when you apply for a unit whether it’s renovated or not. They do not offer a walkthrough prior to lease signing (well, to the property and regional manager asking “is there anything else I can do for you?” Is offering a walkthrough). I picked up my keys 10am July 1st and returned them 10am July 3rd. I didn’t spend one night in the apartment unit. Very disappointed in how things with management have been getting handled with the constant buyouts of leasing offices. The new rule of being forced to pay for Personal Property insurance when I already have it with my car insurance and can't get rid of either and I'm on a budget bc of the economy and it's nothing I can do about it. I'm locked in for a year now. The injustice we as citizens are subjected to in today's economy everyone is finding more ways to take your money and expect no arguments from you while robbing you blind. I'm disgusted with what has taken place and have removed my previous 5star rating as a result of current management. Not to mention my rent skyrocketed from when I moved in over a year it has went up $200 and has been no updates since I moved in so how it's value

The management has extremely poor communication skills. If they don't take forever to respond to your requests, they ignore them completely. They don't even try to make you comfortable if you're a new tenant. The reviews about mold were totally true. I can go on and on about issues at this place. The only good things are the okay room sizes and that the place is located in an amazing school district.

I was seriously considering moving here when relocating from Illinois, but thanks to the reviews I won't be doing that. My advice to the management team is to get your act together , put the real work in to clean up the units or suffer low occupancy.
