Olive Park Village Apartments

They almost never answer the phone or the door at the front office.Their excuse for not fixing my AC is that they also won't fix 100 other familie's AC either. (Yes this is literally what I was told) There's always trash on the ground. Parking areas are lined with cedar trees so my car is always covered in sap. Moving as soon as my lease is up.

I work down the street was interested in renting despite the details I know and heard of but when I walked in to inquire both women looked at each other and I took it as they did not want to answer then one says I'm clocked out or I'm off or something to that extent to her co worker so I apologized and left. They asked me to come back but that small detail told me enough because what good is renting a space if the front desk already cant answer questions, are unsure, and show no hospitality to potential residents I can only imagine what its like for actual residents. I know staff isnt perfect everywhere but it matters in terms of me finding a secure place that cares about the concerns of me and my child. I do like the apartment but the a.c. goes out every week and nobody seems to think to check the inside unit. Also if called for a service call we get promised we are on the top of the list and five days later the a.c. guy shows up and just adds Freon. Does not check of the pipes are frozen (because that tells me turn the a.c. off because something is wrong. And if you have any problem Friday, Saturday, or sunday you are screwed because no one will be there.

If I could give no stars ! I would but have to give one to leave a review. I could say so many things about this place! Smh ! They really need to clean house from A-Z !!! From Management To Tenants! This Whole Place Needs To Be Revamped! CLEANED OUT! START OVERRRRRRRRRRRRRR! Way To Many Things NOT RIGHT! GOING ON HERE! 🙏🏽

They put me out and still put an eviction on my record stopping me from getting a new place I will never rent here once the false eviction is off my record
