Yes my name is Helen Kelly I'll get it put in an application Crestview terrace I am on the waiting list I know a housing Authority in San Bernardino I'm so happy working with Crestview terrace and my house and Authority are working together I do have a voucher I keep on calling and they are not respond back and working with the housing authority and Crestview terrace apartments in San Bernardino waiting today to hear some information from them once again I will call I've been calling someone everyday since it shouldn't be that hard for me putting in my application I've been following you off for a long time I'm ready to bring in my information when can I move in it's been going on for 4 years ago oh God thank you

I have been calling and emailing Ms. Berckley since she asked if I was interested in a unit. I have her an updated phone number so she can reach me. She kept telling me should would call me back. I never received a call. I never received a response to any of my emails. I can't find out if I'm still on the waiting list or whats going on because nobody answers the phone. Customer service is unprofessional.

Tamera was so kind and helpful! She has gone out of her way to assist and answer any questions I have had. I look forward to working with her and the rest of the Olive Meadow Leasing staff. Thank you 😊
