Olin Fields Apartments

I am extremely disappointed with the management and overall resident experience at this property. I have had multiple packages stolen both from the package room and directly in front of my apartment door. Despite reporting these incidents, management refused to assist or take any meaningful action or give us security footage! I doubt they went after residents that stole it. For a community that promotes security and controlled access, this lack of response is unacceptable. In addition, I was asked to leave the gym during posted open hours, even though I was following the rules. When I brought this to management’s attention, they declined being aware of that . Amenities are part of what residents pay for, and being denied access without justification reflects poor management and inconsist

Patricia Johnson Cruz is very welcoming and nice and very helpful for everything to do with my move. She resolved all my problems very quickly and helped me to be able to be comfortable in this community. She goes above and beyond with customer service. Thank you Patricia

We went to tour a 3 bedroom. I will say that the leasing consultant, Cecilia had a very bad attitude. We felt the attitude as soon as we arrived. We couldn’t hear her well on the tour as she stayed ahead of us while walking and didn’t turn to make eye contact while talking. The apartments are really outdated and looks very trashy, trash all over the place. The appliances were in bad shape. Look elsewhere for an apartment to rent.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this apartment complex. Before moving in, I specifically asked management about their policy regarding smoking and drug use around the property. I was told that it was not allowed and that management would actively address any issues. Within two weeks of moving in, I began smelling strong weed and drug odors throughout the alley and surrounding areas. I reported this to management, and while they said they took note of it, no action was ever taken. Now, 5–6 months later, the problem still persists, with heavy and constant odors that are disruptive and unpleasant. Management failed to stand behind what they promised prior to move-in. If smoke and drug smells are something that bother you, I would not recommend living here. However, if you don’t

"Annual" implies once a year which they don't seem to understand. Why the hell are we getting 36 different "annual" reasons to invade people's privacy? This has been the only complex I've ever lived in where they harass you endlessly and inconvenience you over these "48 hour Annual inspections". If you value being treated like a human being, DO NOT MOVE HERE
