Tour the property really nice and huge. My leasing consultant was awesome. I want to say her name was Sabrina. I can't remember but she was so sweet and nice. & she suggested some tourist things to do while in Raleigh

I lives in New Jersey and I wanted to see this Place so bad once I put in a request for a tour she called me within like five minutes and was like well. If you’re not here we can do a virtual tour. This was an excellent virtual tour

The response time was great. I hate that they are replacing warm lightbulbs with cold, white, industrial lightbulbs. It makes the homes look and feel like offices, or hospitals. Would really appreciate if they would go back to warm lighting.

Best Raleigh apartments with breath-taking greenery, NO CARPET ANYWHERE, even on the top floors, even in bedrooms! They offer in ALL floor plans good-size closets and additional storage. Community provides workout equipment outside in addition to the gorgeous inside-gym. I loved both pools: the saltwater outside pool (only 4ft deep though), plus the chlorine-based indoor pool. I liked the soft-close cabinets, pantries in kitchens and bathrooms, large windows, nice soft-white lighting. Plenty of lights all throughout the apartment. The internet situation is a barrier…. I don’t like AT&T, which is the only available Internet provider. AT&T had a massive data breach this month and leaked my SNN, email, name, and address into the dark web. I don’t like AT&T. I’ve been living here for about eight months. My apartment its self is pretty decent given there were a few damaged areas on my unit that went unnoticed upon move-in day. However, there are more concerning issues at hand. My biggest issue here is with the management. One person in particular who is in charge here as the property manager, Brittney. She usually presents herself as friendly and nice, but I’ve been bringing an issue to here attention via the “Resident Portal” and to her face to face for about three weeks now and the issue has yet to be resolved. I’ve been complaining about the neighbor’s dog who lives one unit below me. It cries and barks at any given time when it is left alone, which is usually for long periods of time during the day. It’s directly below me so it’s very loud
