Olde Kensington Pavilion Senior Apartments

So far, the employees aren't too friendly. My uncle is trying to apply for an apartment there. He's a 73 year old hispanic man with little to no english capability. One of the coordinating workers is giving him a hard time. She even called him a liar for not remembering his past addresses. HE'S 73 YEARS OLD! Not all elders remember every detail of their life. I don't know how long she's been there, but maybe she has gotten a bit too comfortable. Not a good first impression. I left her a message and she called me back to "clarify some thing's" and ended up giving me an attitude as well. She ended up hanging up on me. Not so professional.

Excelente edificio de aptos para personas de la tercera edad. La ubicación es magnífica y cerca de supermercado,farmacias,bancos, restaurantes transporte publico...en fin es un lugar excelente para residir,además la gerencia es muy eficiente y gracias a ellos el edificio funciona como un lugar de cinco estrellas.

FUY atendido con respeto y amabilidad, estoy sumamente agradecido de el buen trato
