Pros: Near William & Mary (with traffic, it’s less than a 10 minute drive. You could walk at a leisurely pace and get there in less than 30 minutes, and there is a sidewalk for most of the walk) Price ($750/month with a year contract, $850/month for a month to month lease) Short drive to New Town, the outlets, Food Lion, Busch Gardens, etc. Always plenty of parking Storage space Cons: Thin walls Not modern Neighbors My husband and I lived at Olde Jamestowne for a year and a half in 2017-2018. We liked the price and convenient location. When we moved in they told us the carpet was new, but ours had several stains on it. Wish I could give it less than one star worse neighborhood to live in ever horrible management and maintenance and btw the new landlord Judy is the absolute worst very disrespectful and narcissistic definitely feel like your living in prison instead of a home highly wouldn’t recommend for nobody 🤢🤢🤢🤢 ZERO STARS
