Old South Apartments

Lived here for six months. Car Stereo stolen from car third week I lived there, but at least they carefully took it out of the car, damaging nothing and left me the tools to install a new one, otherwise quiet. Of course this was in 1983 so it may be different now...or not.

The worst place , had my truck stolen from their and not to mention the rent is too high for what them apartments look like . The 2 fat ladies in the office are scammers and the get high in the office . I was told that one of the fat lady from the office son be stealing cars from the tenant’s . And they take forever to fix anything , and on summer . The A.C don’t cool off as well , so you can imagine the sweat. If you don’t pay rent on the exact date, they charge you $75 . But I think them fat ladies be pocketing the money . If you like to find out , come and move in at old south apartments where you can check in , and you get robbed lol

I lived there years ago Stay away I used to live at this complex where the manager was a mean Drunk the maintenance man didn't like dogs he would literally stand and throw rocks at the dogs that lived at the surrounding houses to make them bark so he could complain to management, I mentioned it to Mrs ouida the manager she blew off finally he got everybody in the apartments shook up and complaining and they had to keep them mostly in the house, Then we started getting complaints about someone lurking around the back windows of the apartments at night but no dogs were barking cuz they were inside, But one night the peeper got overconfident and went for a stroll and a woman just happen to let her German Shepherd out it started barking she got a flashlight and shined it in the direction the

It's the worst place to live in they raise the rent every month you don't want to live here

Used to live here for a while. Thank goodness I moved out.
