Old Republic Title

My sister and I have title insurance from Old Republic on a piece of property we purchased in 2007. When we tried to sell the property and got a very favorable contract on it, we found out we don't have access to the property. Old Republic botched the title search. The title insurance is a $40,000 policy, which was the cost of the land. Old Republic has had our claim on this title insurance since the end of September 2020 and they say they are trying to force the person who owns the road adjacent to the property to give us an easement. Supposedly, they can't reach this person by phone or email, but this person has a full time residence on this road. We've lost 2 very favorable contracts while Old Republic drags their feet and won't make good on their title insurance policy. They don
