My parents closed on the sale of their home here today. Throughout the process there was quite a bit of back and forth, and they asked several times if Spanish translations could be provided so they could better understand the documents they were signing. Unfortunately, that never happened. When they arrived for closing, the welcome sign said “Hector & Gonzalez,” as if my mom’s first name was Gonzalez. Her name is Rosario, so the correct way to welcome them would have been Hector and Rosario. It may seem like a small detail, but getting names right is literally part of the job in this industry. Just closed on a property at this location. The closing agent sent me the wiring instructions on a Friday at 4:30 pm. Giving me one business day Monday to get the wire communicated and executed before an 8:30 am closing on Tuesday. The email I received from the closing agent had the wrong $$ amount due at closing. She couldn’t be reached on Monday. While at the closing, my wife’s name was misspelled on several documents. Just seems that a title company has one job. Get the details correct. They faltered in several areas. I would not use them if given a choice. I’m very particular about the details and this place just didn’t seem to be detail oriented.

These ladies shined brightly in the transaction we just closed for amazing clients on both the seller and buyer's sides.
