We paid over $2,000 to Old Republic Title in Berkeley and received a level of service that was completely unacceptable — especially during such a critical moment in our lives. Our closing was scheduled for Friday, June 20, but due to Lori Endo and her team’s failure to communicate a key same-day processing deadline — and their lack of proactive communication — we were unable to close on time.
