Never rent from here. 1000$ Cleaning and painting fees while in good condition. Deposit Not Returned ,Poor Management staff Patrick Chang We had a terrible rental experience in 65 W Dayton St, an apartment under their management. They kept our entire security deposit and charged unreasonable fees total about 1000 dollars for cleaning and painting without providing any evidences. The apartment was in good condition when we moved out. We moved out on August 31, yet were still charged rent for September 1–4, even though we no longer lived there. The building has serious noise issues too, Patrick Chang, the manager, was unprofessional and always failed to attend our appointment three times. We never see him in person.

Management has really gone downhill in the last 2 years. It's a beautiful location, but none of my calls are answered. I have to CC the management company to get a response via email. The worst part is when they do monthly fire alarm tests with only a day's notice. Sometimes we're lucky to get any notice. For about 6 months people were breaking into the building through an unlocked door next to the elevator, and stealing packages. To this day the door is not fixed. Edit: I moved out of 416. It’s a 1b/1b. I paid $2750. They have listed it for $2950. If it still has the old appliances from the early 2000s… wow. Less than 700 square feet, no amenities, and you’ll be paying $3k a month. Good lord.

management is poor quality. building isn’t maintained to the standard it should be for the price$. they say 24/7 service but that is NOT the case. multiples things have gone wrong at hours where staff / maintenance couldn’t be reached. honestly unacceptable. if your looking for a beautiful space, with terrible everything else, go for it. i would rather have a less quality place with better maintenance/ staff. if the elevator / gates are constantly malfunctioning, there’s no point of living here.

if it wasn't for johanna the property manager we would of left last year. hopefully they don't continue to raise rents beyond the worth of the apartments offered. i see a lot of people leaving once lease is up.

Build staff is great and very nice, however the building itself is very poorly insulated so you can hear a lot of noise. Neighbors are all really nice and except the one upstairs neighbor rearranging furniture and stomping around at 2am.
