I contacted Taylor May from old fences realty, she was very difficult to get information from never returns phone calls had to go through the attorney to get any information about the property. 315 Liverpool road has no water and the well is contaminated with ecoli it’s connected to the house next door. Also, it’s landlocked with an easement that has a long complicated history. Also any information i obtained was through the attorneys office which was great. She has literally no knowledge of the property she is charged to sell. Upon trying to call and get a situation resolved, she was talking to her dog and avoiding questions about false information given over the phone.
