Great place to live. Very quiet neighborhood. OCP staff are always there to awnser questions and take care of you. Maintenance calls are handled quickly and professionally. I have lived here for over 4 years now and I could not be happier. Anytime I submit a maintenance request it’s done either the same day, or the next day, depending on when I submit it, the office staff are super friendly and remember who you are even though there’s a bunch of other tenants, they send birthday cards every year which is super nice, it’s quiet and I’m super glad I get to call this place home. I’m in a non-updated studio, I’ll add a couple pictures of what I’ve done to mine, mainly to show off my plants😆🌿

One year in and I just renewed my lease here, a great location in South Lincoln close to shopping, entertainment, and easy access to get out of town. The staff are friendly and fantastic to work with, from the office staff, Erik (Manager), Jaeden and Kade. To Monty and the maintenance staff. They are easy to get ahold of and issues are addressed very quickly. Another plus is this is a quiet, no smoking complex, no loud neighbors or odors. Yet it is community oriented with activities throughout the year. There is a pool and gym which are great to use and are clean. An added bonus: When the snow falls, it is scooped very effectively and without delay. Parking lots are maintained as well. I lived here for four years and just recently moved out. Erik and the rest of the management team are all incredible. Maintenance is also great, and they actually fix problems relatively fast. Nice pool and gym, and they always do fun activities for the residents. Love the location as well. Please consider them when looking for an apartment complex!

I have lived here for a year and I have to say I couldn't be happier! The office staff are amazing, friendly and nice. They keep us residents informed on anything that is going on within the apartment complex. This apartment complex is in a great location, and close to walking trails. They are affordable and spacious. If I have any maintenance issues they are taken care of immediately. Thank you for everything that you do for the residents at Old Cheney Place. I appreciate it!!
