Very unprofessional communication. If they decide on renting to someone else or not to approve your application they flat out ignore you and do not let you know anything or respond to any of your texts and/or phone calls after you've provided them with all of your information and submitted an application AND paid to have them run your credit.

IMO, Mr. Heinel has been driving up rents in Center Square for at least a decade. Just posted a 3rd Fl studio for $1250 a mo, + $145 for parking, + $35 for a pet, + $50 for a/c in summer. For what? A teeny-tiny little apartment on the 3rd Fl in a dying, decrepit neighborhood? This is typical - see an apt & can't fathom why so much? It's probably another stellar offering from Heinel & Co. How this guy went from retail manager to Real Estate Kingpin is beyond me. Yes, I knew him before he was in his current exalted position.

Eileen was an excellent agent and was always on the top of her game. I would definitely work with her again!
