After closing, you don't receive a cashier's check. This makes the seller get the money in much longer time. Also the Abstract company can stop the check if they want to. I would avoid doing business with this company.

Great experience, great friendly and courteous staff. They work very hard to overcome any title issues and get you to the closing table. I have closed several transactions this year and they were always on top of everything, highly recommend.

We closed on our house here. We came in at our scheduled time, and they were ready for us. We stayed here for about an hour. I dream that one day we do not have to come in, and everything can be done via DocuSign or any other electronically esign platform. All these signatures can easily be done online. I guess one major thing that will be missed undergoing this new change is someone to quickly summarize the document that we are signing.

This business is such a lovely company. The people who work here are so nice and caring. Enjoyable company. And the office, I must say, has to be one of the nicer office buildings and Super Clean👌 & Very COVID PREVENTATIVE APPROVED 🦠🚫. My family and I are Extremely Appreciative to that.🙏
