If you're expecting professionalism and clear communication then look elsewhere. The receptionist is pretty much incompetent. Pam's assistant is right on her heels, didn't ever return calls. The only decent one was Pam, she was very helpful everytime I worked with her.

Used them to both purchase and sell a home so they got paid twice, yet it was me who caught their error during closing which would have cost me $3800. At the minimum an apology would have been nice.

This title company was extremely nice and kind! Ronald Pauleus was also extremely kinda and helpful. He purchased my house and made it extremely convenient for me throughout the process!

I visited for the first time to sign the paperwork for buying a house. The lady at the reception was sweet and nice, and everything went smoothly.

Incompetent. Poor communication. The closer failed to contact me to advise of a change in closing time. I would give no stars if that were an option.
