Natalie homes is an amazing real estate agent. Was very informative of the lease agreement and everything of that nature. Definitely recommend going through with her if you want a smooth process with moving and your needs getting met with the whole process of house hunting and the education behind it !

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is by far the most dishonest and money-hungry property management company I’ve ever dealt with. They will try to charge you for anything and everything, even things that are completely out of your control. They fined me $500 for a “noise complaint” about dogs — even though I don’t own any dogs. No proof, no investigation, nothing. Both summers I lived there, my AC broke. The second time, the thermostat screen went completely blank. I submitted a maintenance request because I didn’t want to damage anything by messing with it myself. The tech came out, popped in batteries that I already owned, and left — and somehow they still charged me $125 for that “repair.” Then they fined me another $500 for a “failed fire inspection.” The notice they gave me
