My wife and I are delighted with our experience with Ohio Real Title Agency. We sold one house and bought another. Ohio Real Title Agency handled both transactions admirably. It was a pleasure to work with them; they are very friendly and thorough professionals. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is buying or selling a house.

Avoid this place if possible. I closed on a house June 24' and I am still waiting on money back from tax distributions in November. Pam McDaniels who worked my closing said there were no excess funds. A quick call to the treasurer proved that Ohio real title and my mortgage company both paid taxes. When I called Pam to again look into this, she was too busy and had "two closings to work on.". Well Pam we are in November now and you are still not finished with my closing. This place will spend your money however it wants and could care less about getting your money back to you.

I gave my review for Ohio Real Title Agency but it ended up attaching to their other office in Columbus, Ohio not at the Polaris location. I'm sure they are equal in their reviews.

Best title company to work with ever. Melissa and Natalia made the whole process very easy and stress-free. They on boarded me very early into their system. Walk me through the process. Documents were sent early and error free. Both for them communicated very well and very understanding. Closing is typically a very stressful process but Ohio Real Title Agency, Melissa and Natalia made the closing so relaxing and enjoyable. Definitely looking for the next time working with you guys.
