Ohio E-Check

I hate getting an e-check as much as the next person. It's nice how quick they are, you're in and out in a matter of minutes. But why do all the employees seem so miserable like they hate thier job? It wouldn't hurt to smile.

“The DMV’s Cooler Cousin” Look, nobody wants to do an E-check — it’s basically the dentist appointment of car ownership. But if we have to, this place makes it quick, painless, and (dare I say) actually enjoyable. Pulled in, got checked, and was back on the road before my coffee even cooled off. The staff was friendly, efficient, and clearly knows how to keep things moving. Honestly, I wish every “mandatory adult chore” ran this smooth. Highly recommend if you like your emissions low and your stress lower

I had a very disappointing experience at this emissions testing station. I arrived early in the morning after taking a half day off work specifically to complete my emissions test and renew my vehicle tags for the year. The staff began the test and went through the entire process, but afterward informed me that they could not complete it. I was handed a piece of paper with no explanation or guidance on what to do next. My vehicle was running properly with no check engine light or performance issues, so I was left frustrated and confused as to why the test was refused. I made a genuine effort to remain compliant with state requirements, and the lack of professionalism and communication from the staff made the experience extremely disappointing.

The gentleman that helped me was quick, efficient, and patient with me. I was done in less than ten minutes.
