Craig and Karl were very professional and thorough. When we arrived at the property they had everything prepared for us to review and explained each portion of the inspection so we understood all the important items they discovered. Their equipment was top of the line and they found many issues with the property that others might not have noticed. We were provided with high quality drone pictures of the roof, photos of all issues with the property (inside, outside, and attic), a video of the water main line via drain snake, and even a radon test. I just closed on my new home and I used Ohio certified inspectors recommended by Keller Willams. They were very nice and informative showed me videos and explained everything in regards to repairs that they recommended being taken care of that were of importance.. When I had my inspection, unfortunately we had a huge snow storm and they really couldn’t get a view of the roof because of all the snow so they said that they would came back out to make sure I had that inspected once the snow cleared to get a more accurate viewing of the roof which I greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend them a family owned Business for any home inspection that you would be looking at doing before buying your new home.
