Offer Advantage

I want to share my experience with this property management company, which was the worst I have ever dealt with. They failed to pay the water bills, resulting in our water being turned off at the property. Despite thoroughly cleaning the apartment myself and hiring a professional cleaning service, they unfairly withheld part of my security deposit for cleaning. Communication was frustrating—they often didn’t answer calls and took days to respond. Overall, their service was terrible. I strongly advise against renting from this company to avoid similar issues.

Overall a good experience. My wife and I were renting a home from Offer Advantage and were able to purchase it this May. At first communion with Offer Advantage wasn't strong, but once I was able to speak with Alex everything turned around. Alex assisted us with their home buying process, was always professional and nice to work with.

Offer Advantage is a great company! They have a wonderful team of people always ready and willing to meet any and every need of their tenants. We’ve been renting for almost 2 years and it has been a very positive experience. Any maintenance requests are answered and met within a timely fashion and Annie is awesome!!! Alex and Chuck have also been amazing to work with! I recommend Offer Advantage to anyone looking to rent or buy a property!

I have been a resident in an Offer Advantage property for close to 4 years now and I couldn’t be happier. Their rent to own process takes the stress out of buying a house. A major selling point for us was that they allow large pets in their properties and I have 3 large dogs. I’ve built a family in my home, welcoming my daughter this January. I can’t wait till I can buy this house, but knowing I still have time is so great. I also love working with Alex and Annie. Both are so personable, accommodating and wonderful. I refer to Offer Advantage any chance I get!

I was so glad when I found Offer Advantage via google when i was looking for my next residence! I have since been with Offer Advantage approaching a year in the fall!! All my experiences have been great! Annie is nothing short of Amazing and Alex as well!! The staff has been very welcoming and understanding of my needs. Any maintenance requests I've had were always answered timely. I would definitely recommend Offer Advantage to others...I already have!😊
