I am beyond disappointed with the service I received from Odyssey Title during my refinance process. It has now been three weeks since closing, and they have yet to send the insurance premium to my insurance company. Because of this negligence, my insurance coverage has been cancelled, and now I am forced to get a new quote at a higher rate. To make matters worse, communication from Odyssey Title has been absolutely nonexistent. I’ve tried repeatedly to reach out to Hope, who was handling my case, but she has not returned any of my calls or responded to texts. I’ve called both her cell and office numbers with no luck.
