Odyssey at Amelia Island

Our family moved in over this past weekend and we couldn’t be happier!! The ladies in the office were great. They both made the move in process as smooth as possible and were very communicative every step of the way! While moving in, one of the maintenance guys was passing while my wife was locking the door, saw that she was having a hard time, and changed the lock out on the spot. Thank you Marsh Cove and Somerset!

Honestly not worth staying here. The ladies at the front desk try their best but everything sucks. Drafts in the building, we've got that. AC problems althroughout lease and only given minor stop gaps, we've got that. (Finally fixed AC after a month.) There is just so much more but the main reason I am actually posting this is because the WATER IS THE WORST! No pressure, bubbles in the line, turns off randomly for hours(they've always got an excuse for something that's been going on for a LONG time it seems), chlorine smell, etc., etc. Whoever actually owns this place needs to get their shit together.

Communication has improved greatly since Trish and her team have come on board. The complex appears to moving in a positive direction. When you submit a work order, it is now being addressed promptly. Trish and her team portray a positive attitude compared to the negative approach of the prior staff, who treated you with disrespect most of the time.

I am a new resident and at this point totally like the place. It is very quiet and peaceful. My apartment in Somerset had a top to bottom rehab before I moved in an it is very comfortable, everything in nice condition. I had two maintenance requests that were handled the next day. I have read some of the negative comments just don't agree.

I recently became a Somerset resident. I have been so pleased with all the help and patience that Mary Lynne and Trisha extended to me making me feel very welcome to the community. I'm delighted with my unit , and I'm so excited about living in Somerset.
