This company is absolutely the worst. They unfairly charge tenants for pre-existing damages, even when presented with time-stamped photo evidence. Despite proof, they are refusing to return $3,000 in deposits. After living in a home for several years, normal wear and tear—like paint needing a refresh—is expected. Yet, they are using this as an excuse to withhold money from a responsible tenant. Blinds that were broken upon move-in were completely replaced before move-out, yet they initially tried to charge for them until proof was submitted. Then, they backtracked and claimed the charges were for paint and a minor stain inside an outdated 1980s bathroom vanity. Meanwhile, they never replaced old appliances and neglected major repairs.
