I have a single family home somehow. After paying annual fee there is a small balance at 4 cents. We were charged $4.25 interest and a $25 lately, I called to find out exactly what was going on, because we were on autopay. I spoke to the receptionist, she transfer me to the person responsible for the billing, I left a message. I never received a call. I called again, and the same process happened, never got a call back. So again, we were charged $4.25 and 25 dollars for a late fee. We never received a response after many calls. You cannot go on a computer. And ask a specific question to a employee that doesn't care or call back. The the homeowner's association needs to actively look for a new management company.

I had an unpleasant experience with the day manager, Lori. I felt her behavior was rude and her communication was abrupt and unhelpful. I didn’t feel listened to or respected, and I hope the customer service and professionalism improve. People here dont understand English worst management My experience with the management here has not been positive. Communication is often unclear, and I found the manager’s behavior to be unprofessional and not supportive. Issues were not addressed in a timely or respectful way, which made the overall experience frustrating. I hope the management team takes feedback seriously and works on improving professionalism and customer/employee interactions.”

I have had nothing but problems with Odin Property Management. They don't return my phone calls or email. They sent me an HOA meeting anouncement with no links to join the meeting. I have found them unprofessional and degrading to me and my friend (We are co-owners). I recommend that you stay far away from Odin. I would rate them 0 stars, but not an oprion.

My own community seems to change property managers constantly. As a CAM myself I can honestly say that the ODIN team is one of the best I have worked with. Service takes on a higher priority with each call and email. The way they use AI technology to provide reports and answers to owner questions speeds up response time. They are definitely a 10 in my book!
