Oculus Realty, AMO®

For a place tauted as "luxury living" this place has not met those standards. From poor electrical wiring, to inoperative outlets, to broken garbage disposal that takes over a week to repair, we expected much when we moved from a house to apartment living. When we contacted Oculus management, the response was "apartment living takes some adjustment ". The only reason for us to give this company 2 stars is the maintenance manager Joe, and the marketing manager Tristan who have been very helpful, kind, and professional.

While I do not live (currently) in one of Oculus Realty's properties, I can say without a shadow of doubt, David and his team have always been responsive and professional in all of my dealings with their company... over 10 years NOW! David is definitely o e of the most knowledgeable in his field. I would highly recommend Oculus Realty to anyone looking for expert advice, development and property management.

I have lived at one of their properties for many years now and it has been unpleasant. Turn over is high when it comes to property managers and their response to maintenance requests is inadequate. Some of the requests have been "closed" without ever having maintenance even reach out. As long as I've lived here, I've seen professionalism dissipate and be replaced with substandard service. Carelessness and low quality work obscure anything positive that would have been said about this management company years ago.

I have absolutely no idea how these people got my email address. Not only did they get my email address they sent a threatening email with an "eviction" notice attached! First of all, my home was sold in a short sale and secondly, I haven't lived in it for months! This smacks of not only illegal activity - what right do they have to send me what they hope I will believe is "real and legal" eviction notice AND an invasion of my privacy AND blatant harassment tactics. So IF you are considering using this realty company to buy or sell a home maybe you would want to know the kind of low down tactics they use to get what they want. Apparently from the real estate attorney I spoke to this is a common tactic used by realty companies when they want to get someone to list with them. Obviously th

these people are not professional at all. I've been calling for three months now about moving into an apartment. I have NEVER gotten a single call back and the only time I actually talked to someone was when I called multiple times a day and multiple phone numbers. I was then apologized to and told they would get right back to me...they didn't so I kept calling and leaving messages and when I finally was given applications and filled them out I was then ghosted again and had to call a new number. The woman told me that I was not even in their system despite being promised they would have me in the system by October 1st. I am waiting for a phone call right now after speaking with someone and being promised she would call right back...its been 2 hours and when I called no one picked up. Abso
