Octave Apartments

The apartment itself is amazing, over the course of our lease we had a few minor maintenance issues that were handled quickly and done with care. The maintenance team could not be more amazing! As far as the management and leasing office is concerned, they literally could not be worse. Impossible to get a straight answer from them, and if they say they will call you back, they wont, they just want you off the phone or out of their face. They used to have two AMAZING lease agents earlier this year who really held it all together, now it's just a hot mess. Bring back Mari and Roxanne

DO NOT LEASE WITH OCTAVE APARTMENTS!! The apartment complex had the roof redone and the roofers managed to knock out the sprinkler system covers in my bathroom and could see me while I was taking a SHOWER! Pictures are attached. Management did nothing about this and act as if this is not their problem. Massive invasion of privacy but to management it does not matter. Also Octave has quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM but the roofers started hammering and sawing at 5:00 AM any day they worked for 4 months straight. Even on Saturday and Sunday. Management said over and over that they would do something about this but it never happened. Breaking city ordinances should be taken seriously by management but you cannot count on management here for anything. Do not count on the security of a gat

I just wanted to write to let you know how invaluable Melanie H. is to your management and leasing team. I came in to tour closed off with reservations about the moving process and her kind, attentive attitude completely turned mine around. She was knowledgeable, patient, extremely welcoming, very personable, and truly made me feel right at home. It was the best leasing apartment experience both my mother and I have ever had and it was all because of her. She is the reason I chose to sign here. I cannot say enough good things about her and wanted to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves!

Lived here for a couple years now and it has been an amazing experience. I have lived in and experienced other apartments near here, and decided to return to Octave. If there is ever any issue, the staff will listen a fix it immediately. That alone is why I’ve stayed here. It’s nice to have people that care when something happens.

FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I have lived in the octave apartments for 3 years now, and have watched it decline over the years. They recently had roofers on every building, that I have video of starting banging above your head starting at 5:30am. While that will wake you up every single weekday/weekend, it is imperative that even though you’ve been woken up before any rooster, you abide by the strict quiet hours they have in play (10:00pm-8:00am). This started in October and ended mid March. I went to the leasing office to complain 3 times in one month and they did absolutely nothing to help, fix, or compensate for the loud roofing work being done. The roofers busted out sprinkler systems in our bathrooms while we were taking showers and we could see them working meaning they could also see us.
