Ocotillo Apartments

To give this place an honest review I will say the staff are beyond friendly and always treat everyone courteously. The negative about this complex though: Extremely overpriced for the product given. The management does not, whatsoever enforce the no smoking provisions in the lease. The apartment smelled like cigarette and marijuana smoke constantly. If you live in the back you also have people smoking meth in the units, all day, everyday. In the back you have a large number of units who party together and the amplified music that some of them play is loud enough to keep one from hearing themselves think. Maintenance eventually gets done. The maintenance team is beyond thorough once he gets the tasking but getting the tasking takes time. It took me almost two months to get a new r

Worst apartments, ever! The open drug use that's tolerated by management, no enforcement of homeless people camping at night. They have fires going to keep warm. Apartment constantly smells like an opium den due to fentanyl usage by neighbors. Poor maintenance. You ask to get something worked on and it takes months. The loud music that management allows to go on, unaddressed. Apartments are priced several hundred dollars more than surrounding area due to 90 percent of the units being on some form of government voucher and the city and HUD pay it no questions asked. False advertising on apartment guides. There is no functioning clubhouse. It's a maintenance storage room with someone living in the back of it. I would give this complex less than one star if I could.

I love living here ! The apartment is perfect and I am very happy to live in such a great apartment complex. The staff is super friendly and amazing person and as well as the manager. The environment is very nice and the areas are kept clean always. I have been living here for almost a year and I didn't have had any issues at all . They make sure that everyone is happy with their place and safe. And I personally want thank them for doing such an awesome job.

Please do not tell me this is another apartment complex management who steal packages too 😭
