Subject: Disappointed with my refinance. I refinanced my home with Meadow in September and I regret to say that my experience with Oceans Lending was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I embarked on this journey with high hopes but ended up utterly dissatisfied with the service provided. The lack of transparency and communication throughout the mortgage process was appalling. From the initial stages to the supposed assistance during the application, there was a severe absence of professionalism and accountability. The mishandling of documents and the constant back-and-forth with the staff, who seemed unaware of the specifics of my case, led to unnecessary delays and errors. Anthony Gioia is not only an amazing and compassionate person, he’s extremely knowledgeable and professional in all he does. From start to finish, he took his time to explain the process and get us to exactly where we needed to be from interest rate to down payment to monthly budget requirements. He was kind and patient. He knew this was our first time going through this process and he wanted to make sure we knew exactly what was going on and were comfortable throughout the entire deal.
