Oceans 57

I’ve had a great experience at Oceans 57. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, with beautifully landscaped grounds that really make it feel welcoming. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, and the amenities like the pool and fitness center are a big plus. The location is convenient, close to shopping, schools, and main roads, yet still peaceful. Management and staff have been friendly, professional, and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Overall, Oceans 57 is a wonderful place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, pet-friendly apartment community in the area.

Office staff is always welcoming, professional, and gets all my questions answered! The events held here are always a hit and something I look forward to each month! (Specifically the food trucks) Maintenance does a great job keeping the property well maintained! Highly recommend Ocean’s 57 to anyone!

I have lived at Ocean’s 57 Apartments for almost 2 years now and couldn’t be happier. The property is safe, well maintained, with great neighbors and amenities. Our maintenance worker Charlie is the best! Very professional, skilled and pays great attention to details whenever he has to fix things around the property! Best apartments to live in on the gulf coast!:)

DO NOT MOVE HERE! This apartment complex is full of mold and roaches. Maintenance does nothing. (One guy does) There was a fire in one of the buildings, and they still have not cleaned up that apartment and the apartments around it are suffering. I have gotten a nice apartment On the other side of town for less than I was paying at this dump. When we left, they waved the brake Lease fee. They would not reimburse me for the month of rent unless I was out by midnight that day. Which of course is impossible. The district manager is married to the head of maintenance so they do nothing and he will not lose his job. He sits around on his golf cart playing on his phone. Staff are all jerks. If you’re ready to get sick and suffer, move right in.

Oceans 57 has an outstanding team. The office staff is professional, responsive, and always helpful, and the maintenance crew is prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about residents. Highly recommend!
