The absolute worst landlord I have ever worked with. She never responds to emails, calls, or texts. Her voicemail is always full, I suspect on purpose. My AC was leaking water for 9 months without it being repaired. I had to keep a bowl to catch the water and empty it. My dishwasher never worked and was never fixed. Consistent rent increases while services rendered were nonexistent. The only reason I stayed is because I had no other alternative at the time.
