Quintessential central coast getaway. 5 hours from LA, 3 hours from Sacramento, 2 hours from San Francisco, 1 hour from San Jose, 30 Minutes from Monterey, 1 hour from Big Sur… beautiful private grounds, with gates entrance and wide open beaches. Always enjoy the migratory birds and ocean wildlife. Pickleball courts are a great time if the wind picks up in the afternoon. At night all you can hear is the waves. Ground floor makes for easy access with children and grandparents. Great spot for a multigenerational vacation, or a getaway with friends. Wet bar, electric fireplace, nice kitchen, washer and dryer, super comfortable beds and brand new bathroom remodel. Just down the street from Catalyst Watsonville ( the best dispensary in the area).

We were looking for a place to stay while attending the Monterey Jazz Festival and this was the perfect location. The condo is only steps away from the beach and the beautiful sunsets!! It contains all of the amenities of home while tastefully decorated to fit the beach vibe! We even got to play pickleball on the courts within the grounds. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and fun getaway and will look forward to going back again!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this stunning beach condo! The moment I arrived, I was captivated by its beauty, tastefully decorated with modern coastal charm and every amenity I needed.The space is tranquil and serene, offering the perfect escape from every day life, the sound of waves lapping the shore, created a peaceful ambience that melted away any stress I had. Everything was pristine, comfortable and thoughtfully designed from the plush bedding to the patio where I would have my coffee. The location is ideal, steps from where you park your car to the condo then steps to the beach from the condo. This condo is truly perfect for anyone seeking a relaxing rejuvenating getaway. I can’t wait to return!

We always have a wonderful time at the Dunes! The bucolic landscape with the beach, dunes and lagoon are always the perfect environment for our young kids to explore and enjoy coastal life. The condo is steps from the beach making it easy to come and go throughout the day. The perfect long weekend getaway from Los Angeles, San Francisco or the Central Valley. We've centrally located, we've done day trips to Carmel, Monterey Bay, Santa Cruz boardwalk, the redwoods, local wineries, Elkhorn Slough and organic farms.
