Oceana Apartments

I used to visit friends in this building and there were always random issues like sketchy people following us in, packages constantly getting stolen, and loud stomping from upstairs. The walls are super thin, so noise travels easily. They tried to offer me a deal to move in and def wouldn’t consider this place. One of my friends moved out recently because if this. My other friend said he's going to break his lease due just to get some peace & quiet. I always wonder with they don't have cameras in the front to stop people from taking the packages.🤔

I want to start by saying I do not work for Oceana Apts nor did anyone asked me to leave this review on their behalf. I just wanted to come here to give credit where credit is due! Even though I am not a resident currently, as I have only done an initial apartment tour so far, I had to stop in to say a big thank you to Akasha for making our tour experience so great! She is so friendly, knowledgeable, professional, but even moreso, Akasha seems like such a genuine person who really enjoys/appreciates her job and the residents at Oceana. She made us feel right at home immediately during our tour, had great communication while scheduling the initial tour, and knew the building and details of Oceana apts inside and out. Touring Oceania With Akasha was so great! Kyle, Joe and everyone I met were so nice ☺️ They have a beautiful ocean theme while being right next to the water! I’m so excited to hopefully call Oceana my new home!

I had been trying to get in touch with the property for weeks without success. Upon arriving in Seattle, I decided to visit in person, hoping for the chance to tour the space. To my surprise, the building is now under new management! Kyle, the property manager, graciously gave me a tour and even recommended a few great spots for lunch. The views from the rooftop are AMAZING!
