We've only been here for 1month and we are enjoying the quietness of the apartment. Scarlet is a wonderful manger she has very good to us making sure that everything is going ok with our apartment. So far so good. Thank you very much Scarlett 😊. We are enjoying our new apartment.

It was a very confusing day. I scheduled a tour friday afternoon ahead of time, and even got a call the day before to confirm. They were super nice on the phone and answered all my questions. I arrived 10min early but no one was there so I waited. 15min after my appointment the maintenance guy noticed me and messaged the tour guide. I guess they were on their lunch and would soon be on their way. The maintenance guy was nice and showed me a unit. He really tried to be helpful. I waited 45 min after my appointment time and still no one showed up. It wouldn’t be such a big deal but then I never got a call back. No one ever reached out to continue the process, there was no apology, I was completely forgotten about or they just didn’t care.

Under new management! This place is legit, clean, and the most pet friendly place you'll find in Oceanside. Scarlett, the new property manager is working overtime for the property. We even have a courtesy patrol at night. Thing place has a playground AND a dog run. Pretty legit. Big shootout to the maintenance supervisor, George, who will fix any issue with your place (no matter how dumb like mine) ASAP. Also, don't let the outside fool you, they're completely remodeled, new wood floors, stainless steel kitchen, the whole thing. Very very happy with Ocean Vista. You even get a covered carport with extra storage for free.

Well I have been living here since 2022 and it was nice but then we got new property manager Scarlett in 2025 and she is really turning things around here she pays attention to my concerns,she makes sure maintenence request are taken care of in a timely matter,the laundry room has been given much needed attention and now I will be here for the long haul it's a much better community and finally feels like home

I rented here for 2 years and had the best experience ever. Recently the property manager changed and the new manager is amazing. She's very professional and every request was met in a timely manner. Highly recommend.
