Ocean View Lofts

I wish I could leave zero stars. I love my apartment itself, but the bug problem ruins it. The building is infested and there are rats as well. The floors and walls are SO THIN. Mold is growing on my SHOES. the management which is GREENBRIER at the moment doesn’t respond to any maintenance requests, I literally had to threaten the manager to call the local news before she got heat in my apartment in the dead of winter. R Russell and the management might as well be slumlords as far as I’m concerned. Save your money and find somewhere else if you can!

Living here has been a wonderful experience. I love my apartment and my neighbors! The management team has been great to work with as well!

This place was great when it was managed by the former owner. The new owner is a slum lord and the management team is incompetent. They are going to increase rent and make us pay utilities that were previously covered. They are making us pay water but there is only one water meter for the whole property. So they’re even making us pay for the water used in the laundry room that tenants are already paying to use when they pay for the washing machine. They divide the water bill up by all the tenants and we have to pay whatever they tell us to with no break down of the actual usage details. They added no amenities to the property. Things break and they don’t fix them. The trash is never dumped in a timely fashion and the lawn care is very subpar. There are stray cats all over the property. The

Apartment was not cleaned after the previous tenant, and none of the holes he/she put in the wall repaired. Roaches were EVERYWHERE no matter what we did. Finally figured out they were breeding in the motor works of the oven and fridge, handled it ourselves (Combat Max Roach Killing Gel). Still get roaches from gaps in the walls and floors. Photos of roaches are just since we stopped them breeding in our apartment. Took a month to get an odd, rotten meat smell out of the microwave after scraping 100 years’ worth of grime out of it and the oven. Wouldn’t shower without flip flops for a while until we had been able to scrub the years of grime out of the tub and tile (Barkeeper’s Friend to the rescue). Floors are uneven to the point we wonder about structural integrity. Can hear neighbor

I just love living here. My apartment is wonderful and the service is great and my neighbors are just the best.!
