Ocean House Luxury Apartments

I will start by saying these are buildings from the 1970’s. The new owners have attempted to upgrade somewhat. This is more of a warning. I lived here for a very long time and got extremely ill from mold. I am still healing to this day. I have had to spend an upward of $20,000 and still paying doctors to heal. I will say I don’t know if it’s so much the new owners fault except for the fact that they obviously didn’t test for mold. Or have a very good test done when they bought the building. I lived in two separate apartments, and both had mold.. I paid to have my own test done so I could be 100% accurate in this. This is nothing to mess around with when you’re dealing with peoples health and it is very serious.

The finishes in my apartment were a big reason I signed. Kitchen looks clean and modern — stainless appliances, newer counters, updated flooring. Feels fresh, not outdated like a lot of places around here.

Renting here has been great (we moved in May 2024), especially with all the upgrades to the community. The new bathrooms look amazing and its great to have a washer dryer in unit. Also, having a balcony is always a nice touch. The management team has been responsive to all of my requests.

Me and my girlfriend did a major move from NYC to Jupiter and it was the most stressful move ever, luckily we found Ocean House and did a video tour. Emilly gave us all details and showed us the apartment and community and made the application process a breeze. We are very thankful for her. The apartment is perfect for what we need, all new appliances, the community is very clean, quiet and the best thing about it is that it's a few mins away from the beach and a ton of restaurants and stores. The maintenance workers also seem to be on top of everything. Highly recommend living at the Ocean House.

The management and maintenance team are great and respond to all requests very quickly. I love living here and being able to walk into town. The wag zone and grills are nice amenities. We are so happy we found the ocean house.
