Have been living on this property since august 2023, lived in their other property in Carlsbad from April 2022-august 2023. Have had a great experience on both properties!! Agustin has been helpful and communicative the entire time, He is very strict but the properties are very well maintained and clean !! the maintenance guys are respectful and friendly. I have had no issues With Agustin or the maintenance guys whatsoever, plus it’s only a 3-5 min drive to the beach 😬

This Is the worst Property I have ever rented. Everything Was falling apart in the apt the first 2-3 Months. Be Prepared, the water gets turned off all the time without notice!The Manager Augustine is rude and unprofessional, his maintenance entered the apt unannounced, due to lack of communication. I called about my Security Deposit n he was extremely Argumentive. Good Luck, finding the owner or his boss, to express the Unprofessionalism n the illigeal practices at this Property! They dinged me 395.00 to clean carpet, I moved in n there was a discoloration on carpet in entrance way, they cut it away. So i never had new carpet? No Stains just a lie to swindle tenants n keep DEPOSITS!!!

If I could give zero stars I would Agustine is a horrible manager. Also walls are paper thin so you can hear everything like screaming kids at 11pm yet you get in trouble for listening to music in the middle of the day and the only reason why you can hear the music is the paper thin walls. no where to park ever. No pets there are no pluses to this place. Had our storage over parking broken into 2 times in the first 3 months of living there. Says they have security but cameras dont work. Do not waste your money no amenities no pool pets jacuzzi ac (cont have window units) no noise at all( but still get tons of it)

I wouldn't recommend this place. Stay away if you can. Horrible management, fly infestation and plumbing issues. We actually replaced one of the shelf cabinet liner because it is full of bugs and the Manager Agustin has the audacity to take that out of our Security Deposit. We actually did try to help them out but they turned around and stole from us. I cleaned the place before I left and I got charged with cleaning. Such a horrible place. Stay away if you can
