I have lived in 99 Ocean and then 75 Ocean Ave. for the past 14 years and I have had a great experience living in both buildings. I have a lot of friends who live in both buildings and it really is a community made up of. artists, musicians and friendly neighbors from different backgrounds and walks of life. The management is friendly and willing to work with you to resolve any issues that arise. This neighborhood has everything you need including prospect park, the botanical gardens, great restaurants and bars all within walking distance. It's a great place to live.

I used to live at 75 Ocean Ave, next door to 99 Ocean Ave and I can say from experience that repairs are done on a timely basis with cooperation from the tenants. We always had plenty of heat and hot water. The buildings are old, so there is normal wear and tear but overall, it's a great place to live. The proximity to the park, shopping, restaurants, zoo, botanical gardens and museum make it an ideal area to live the good Brooklyn life. It's also an amazing community!

I used to live in one of the apartments Ocean Empire has managed. The Manager and overall staff is courteous and resolved all of my requests in a timely and efficient manner. I never had any issues and was very happy with the apartment. Whenever I needed something fixed, my request was resolved quickly. I have nothing but positive things to say about the company. You should rent an apartment from them, you won't regret it.

I had a wonderful experience living at 99 Ocean. Ivona and the management team were responsive to and helpful with any issues that arose. My experience living there was by far the best of anywhere I lived in New York -- the location, community, and amenities nearby are fantastic -- and I would recommend Ocean Empire Management and their buildings without hesitation.

Great management, things fixed when needed. Once my hot water pipe got discombobulated when I came home once at 12:30 AM, mist everywhere(it's an old building, these things happen). Had it fixed then, the following morning for further permanent fixing of the internals of the pipe mechanism. This is a great place, I fully enjoy living here and have been developing strong bonds with folks continually since moving here.
