I hate having a write bad reviews for smaller businesses but unfortunately after my family’s experience…this is well deserved. Please stay AWAY from Joselin as she does not know how to professionally run a business. Below are some examples of what we experienced. 1. Takes an excessive amount of time to reply to emails. 2. Will not tell you the names of your tenants until last minute. 3. Will try to put things into a lease agreement that was never agreed upon, have renters SIGN IT and will fail to communicate that to you. ( Even if you did so happen to “fix” this lease agreement, doesn’t matter you need to communicate things to people. That’s negligence.) 4. We had to ask for the lease agreement MULTIPLE times because for some “strange” reason you refused to send it. 5. Will tell you to pai

Do NOT rent or work with Joselin with Ocean Eleven Realities! Joselin is unprofessional and does not have adequate knowledge to properly manage this company. As a tenant she will try her best to steal thousands of dollars from you! She will have you sign a lease that states one thing, and she will state another. If you are considering working with Joselin as your landlord or agency, look somewhere else, her lease will not protect your property as a homeowner!
