Disappointing experience I did not choose this title company — the seller selected them, so I was required to use their services. At closing, Patrice initially attempted to charge closing costs to my side despite a signed contract clearly stating that the seller was responsible. After I disputed it, part of the issue was corrected — but not entirely. Instead of fully honoring the contract, I had to pay under protest just to get the deal done. For a company that handles real estate closings daily, I expected a stronger understanding of contract terms. Would not recommend them.

Patrice and her team were flawless in getting us to settlement. Patrice was always available for any questions(which were many) We were able to settle out of state. Ocean Blue made it so very easy and accommodating. Thank you for all you have done.
