Ocean Air Apartments

I really love my apt. Love the upgraded, modern aesthetics, including nice appliances and a beautiful blue accent wall. Kengya was a dream to work with, and made the process easy, accommodating and hassle free.

I was very excited to move into my first apartment, but unfortunately my experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. After being approved, I specifically asked to view my unit before signing the lease. I was initially given a lockbox code for a Friday showing, but when I arrived, there was no lockbox on my door. I was then told I could return Monday with a leasing agent. When I came back Monday, there was still no leasing agent present and no access to the unit, resulting in another wasted trip. The following day, I was notified just four minutes before my scheduled appointment that the leasing office did not have the keys to my unit due to maintenance issues. While I understand that things happen, the extremely late notice and lack of communication has been unacceptable
