Estela is building a home near us. The lot was heavily wooded, it was totally cleared with every bit of the debris buried on the back half of the lot. That's strike #1, to compound matters the lot slopes drastically down from the road, about a 10 foot drop. They failed to raise the building pad so that the home won't flood from heavy rains, all the drainage in the neighborhood will flow onto this lot, into the garage and front door. This is strike #2. They did not compact what building pad is there and do not reinforce their floor slabs, this house will settle and the floors and walls will Crack. This is strike #3.
