Scott Ellis sold me a mold sampling pump on Ebay. It didn't work at all, and the manufacturer said it is irreparable. Between the cost of purchase, shipping, and attempted repair, I'm out nearly $500. He's complete fraudster who has ghosted me. I wouldn't trust him to inspect anything. We had hurricane windows installed and needed a wind mitigation assessment for insurance. Scott came by and performed the inspection. He was punctual, friendly, and efficient. We had the report by that evening. Highly recommend.
The inspector was super friendly. He explained every step to me, so that I could understand. I would definitely use him again.
