Oberer Homes at Washington Trace

Christie was very helpful, shown us the model home, explained everything clearly and we liked the society and amenities surrounding the society, especially Austin landing and Dayton mall is very closer, not more than 3 mile, also we liked the kids play area in Washington trace, we loved it. The best part is school district, it has good ratings and my daughter school will not change. We finalized our new home, after seeing many properties and builder finally we choose Oberer home till now we are not having any issues, they also suggested a lender and that lender also good. Even i tried in my own nobody matched his offer.

Low quality, won’t stand behind their work, we have an endless list of problems that they aren’t fixing even though we are under warrantee. They show no pride and ZERO customer commitment. Just a shoddy company from start to finish. They don’t seem to care and they use low end subcontractors that are terrible. I would avoid them for sure. We debated working with them for a long time because it was clear that their options and finishes reflected a Dayton based company run by people that have never left the area (aka - out of date). Ultimately we settled and built with them. Wish we hadn’t.
