What an experience. Nick is an absolute professional. He instills absolute confidence that he is going to get the job done and sell your house for the most money at the best price. Nick is owner of a film studio so his photos and videos of our home were like nothing anyone else one on the market could offer. With a personal walk through video of our home that Nick appeared in and narrated. He really made our listing stand out. The video was well above our expectations. Formerly an actor and radio host he makes your house come to life. And really showcases your property in the best light. He is likeable relatable and never not available. 5 Stars - Cannot recommend enough! My wife and I recently purchased our first home: Nick was an absolute pleasure to work with and we actively enjoyed working with him! He understood all of our needs and limitations, offered some of the most prompt communication I've ever experienced, and not once did I ever feel pressured. Nick has plenty of people in his network that he can refer you to (contractors, lawyers. ect;), and I highly recommend taking advantage of this as they're all INCREDIBLE (we got wallpaper done in 24 hours right before Christmas when everyone else was 3 weeks out). In closing, if you're buying a house: do it with Nick, you'll have a blast and no regrets!

Oasis Realty is such an incredible addition to the Bellport Community! The office itself is beautifully decorated and inviting, but that cannot compare to the personable and charismatic owner, Nick. Nick is a topnotch real estate agent. He is so well versed in this field and will do just about anything to ensure you have a great experience buying/selling your home from beginning to end. I just wanted to take a minute to thank Nick and Joe ,you two people have hearts of gold .Lol and I wasn't even buying a house .I started a nonprofit called kaelibs kause which is geared towards acquiring much needed special needs playground equipment for local parks. I had a meeting with nick and told him what I was doing and all of a sudden I had team behind me ..Honestly if it wasn't for these kind souls kaelibs kause Halloween festival'24 would never have made it . Just by interacting with nick and Joe and how they made my function simply amazing . I know that they don't do anything from the hip .
