I moved here about 3 months ago. Anna and her team have been more than helpful during the application and move in process. Anna personally went above and beyond to make sure my move from out of state went smooth. Any questions I had were responded to in a fast, professional, and courteous manner. I could not be more pleased. You can tell they are working on making the apartment complex better as they are doing work on the pavement. When my air wasn’t blowing cold, maintenance responded in a short period of time and resolved the situation. Maintenance is friendly and knowledgeable and the office staff is all very helpful. I am so glad I moved here.

I spoke with the manager to try to be added to my wife’s lease. I also explained that I am currently on deployment and outside the country, so I am unable to sign any contract physically. I informed her that under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA), servicemembers on active duty are protected from legal and contractual disadvantages that result from their military service. This includes the right to have housing contracts and related agreements adjusted or signed on their behalf when proper documentation, such as deployment orders, is provided. Unfortunately, she was uncooperative and refused to listen to what I was explaining.
