Oasis at Shingle Creek

We just moved in and everything went super smoothly! Adriana & Arianna were amazing—so kind and incredibly helpful in getting the whole process done quickly and without stress. Ronald was also a huge help, taking care of maintenance requests fast and keeping us updated every step of the way. Truly a great team! Beautiful complex! Close by to everything needed from target, walmart, sams, shopping malls and even disney world within 5-10 minutes! The fact that it also includes a garage, internet & cable bundle, Smart Home feature to unlock doors, adjust temperature & security system is an amazing advantage ! & the apartment space is amazing! 100% recommended!

My partner has lived here for over 5 years, and the new management is absolutely horrific. If you choose to have guests over, be prepared to have them towed. It is 2026, and most complexes have an online way to register your guests to park. NOT HERE THOUGH. You need a paper pass from the front desk to park. I had to go over after office hours, and parked in the visitor area to have my vehicle towed by the next morning. This has never happened until the new management. This place is stuck in the past and management does not make it easy for residents to do something as simple as having guests over. Also, the office is closed Sunday, so good luck having a guest over without planning that day. The manager literally told my partner to have guests park across Osceola Parkway at another apar

Adriana Alicea is very professional, courteous & patient . She made sure that I was very comfortable with everything. Application process was great. She walked me through step by step to my new apartment. This place is beautiful the property is beautiful and amenities too. I give this place 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I love my new community Thank you!!!

Read the reviews throughly, don’t just assume this place has a decent rating bc someone took a tour and left a review, that’s not an accurate review for what living here is like. Look through all the one star reviews you’ll notice a pattern : negligent office staff, loud neighbors, unkept grounds, expensive and for what? Parking issues. Now notice the similarities in the 5 stars, ofc they’re going to be nice to you, they want your money and they want you to move in and after that, you’ll have to contact cooperate before someone from the office gets back to you. You’ll be in an out bc as quickly as the office turnover rate is, so are the residents who move in and out….It’s been 5 years since living at this complex and my star review has not changed I will still give this place a 1 star.
