Oasis at Memorial

I lived here for about 16 months in two separate units. Overall the best apartment experience I have had by far. Facilities stay clean and functional, and maintenance is responsive and helpful. Most importantly all of the office crew is very kind, understanding, and engaged with individual tenants when you need anything. I’ve never seen a better management team. Their weekly, monthly, and seasonal events for residents are fun and help keep them engaged with the community. The only thing close to a complaint that I could give is that I wish the pool were open for a while longer throughout the year. Everything else is 10/10!

If I could give 10 star I would. I’ve been living there for two years and Mel has been absolutely amazing. Any issues I have get fixed immediately. Best customer service hands down. I would recommend anyone looking for a apartment to stop looking anywhere other than Oasis. Take my advice and come see Mel at Oasis

I just moved in a few days ago and couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. When I first relocated to Oklahoma two years ago, I toured these apartments but they were always full. So when a spot finally opened up, I was beyond excited to apply. From the start, Erin made me feel right at home. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process, from touring, to the application, to move-in day. She always answered my questions, made herself available, and made everything feel seamless. My apartment was clean and ready on move-in day, the process was smooth, and the community already feels safe and welcoming. I’m so glad I finally get to call this place home!

We are currently enjoying renting place at Oasis. Grounds are kept clean, office staff is very professional and helpful. Quite, gated and easy going property. Lots of walkways and areas for your pets as well. So far so good here, you will not be disappointed. Option to rent garage too.

I've just moved in to the Oasis and Mel and the staff have been so helpful! They made the chore of moving so much easier. Plus, the apartment is beautiful!
